What Happens Next

When we get a proper DMCA notice, our law and compliance droids go over it. When it is brought to our attention that the reported material is not infringing, we will take further action, such as adding it back to our site and promptly sending a notice to your email address. Repeat offenders may be temporarily banned or permanently banned.
We also offer a chance for the party to issue a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was erroneous. In addition, it will provide both parties with the proper resolution process per the DMCA.
